Submit A report for sexual misconduct or Interpersonal violence

This form is used to report incidents of sexual misconduct (e.g.,攻击,骚扰, stalking) or interpersonal violence (e.g., domestic violence, dating violence, bullying).

第九条 - Notice of Nondiscrimination:

Information about sex discrimination or harassment shared with these confidential resources typically will not be reported to other 欧宝娱乐app personnel (including the 第九条协调员), to the Respondent, or to others, unless the disclosing individual gives their consent to the disclosure or the law requires it (as may be the case with abuse involving a minor or under conditions involving imminent physical 比如伤害). (Confidential resources may report non-identifying statistical information to the 第九条协调员 for record keeping and compliance purposes.)
